What entry opportunities do you offer?
You can join us in a variety of ways - whether as an apprentice, dual student, intern, direct entry after graduation or as an experienced specialist. You are also very welcome as a career changer with an interest in tax topics.
What specializations are you looking for in particular?
We look forward to welcoming new employees in the areas of tax consulting, auditing, payroll and financial accounting as well as digital accounting. If you already have experience with DATEV, that's a big plus - but not a must.
What about further training opportunities?
We are fully active in this area: we promote professional training, part-time degree courses and individual training - both digitally and on-site. Your further development is important to us.
How does the induction process work?
You will receive a structured induction right from the start. You will also be assigned an onboarding mentor who will support you in the first few weeks and ensure that you quickly find your feet both professionally and personally.
Are there flexible working hours or home office?
Yes, we offer you flexible working time models and - depending on the job - up to three days a week working from home. We will of course provide you with the appropriate technical equipment.
How is the mood in the team?
